Fans couldn’t help but be intrigued by a recent Instagram post that actress Ellen Adarna shared wherein she seemed to have taken the subject of a self-quarantine a bit too personally.
On an Instagram story, Ellen wrote a simple message for all those complaining about having to stay at home for a month due to the enhanced community quarantine imposed over the entire Luzon. She said: “Stay at home for 1 month di mo kaya (you can’t take)?”
She then threw a hugot line: “Nag-stay ka nga sa maling tao for how many years kinaya mo (And yet you stayed with the wrong person for how many years).”
This left so many netizens wondering if Ellen was calling someone out or if she was alluding to herself.
It’s been rumored that Ellen has split up with her former partner, John Lloyd Cruz, with whom she has a child. The two withdrew from the showbiz limelight in 2017 to focus on their personal and family life.
