LOOK: Andrea Torres is Gorgeous in “Bridgerton” Inspired Photoshoot

In celebration of International Women’s Month, Andrea Torres just put on a drop-dead gorgeous photoshoot inspired by one of the biggest Netflix series at the moment, “Bridgerton.”

“Bidgerton,” created by Chris Van Dusen and produced by Shonda Rhimes, is a period drama set in 19th century London that centers on the aristocratic Bridgerton family. Citing her admiration for the female protagonists in the show, Andrea, with the help of her team, transformed herself into a stunning lady of this Regency Era.

“Inspired by Shonda Rhimes’ Netflix series, Bridgerton, meshed with the quintessential influences from Pride and Prejudice, this editorial shoot is decked with trappings of the early 1800s – the opulent and romantic Regency Era. Moreover, it was also an era of individuality. The primary influence of the shoot is derived from the female protagonists’ strength,” Andrea wrote in the caption of her post.

“We, women, can be the heroine in our own life story because we have and will always have that power (may it be in an Empire-waist dress, in a tight corset, or just plain pajamas).”

She then expressed gratitude to her team who brought this beautiful photoshoot to life: Nice Print Photo, La Belle Fete, Festoon Co. for the concept and creative direction, The Concept Room Studio who provided the venue, and her many different stylists including Randy Lazaro, Myrrh Lao To, Lightshinewhite, Denise Ochoa, and Kiel Otilla.

“This time, I take control, just like all the women who make their way in the world, no laced corsets will suffocate and get in my way,” she wrote in another post.

“Capping off this Bridgerton-inspired shoot with pearls, curls, and confidence to take on this whirlwind of a life ahead of me,” she added.
