My Chemical Romance frontman Gerard Way just dropped a new single and you’ve got to hear it!
The song, titled “Here Comes the End,” was released alongside the premiere of the trailer of hit Netflix series “The Umbrella Academy” which was also created by the rock icon.
In a statement, Way said: “I was originally inspired to write this track when series one of Umbrella Academy was being shot, by the time I finished it 2020 was in full swing, the world had taken a profound turn and the song was finished in a surreal new reality.”
Prior to the release of his new single, Way has been sharing new demos on his SoundCloud while stuck quarantined at home amid the global pandemic that pushed back his reunion tour with My Chemical Romance to 2021.
