The beauty queen revealed on Instagram that she recorded her own version of the song “Raise Your Flag” which was originally performed by KZ Tandingan and rapper Kritiko during her 2019 homecoming concert at the Araneta Coliseum.

“It feels like I’m coming full circle. This song was birthed from representing and making my country proud in Miss Universe,” she said on her post where she gave fans a preview of her rendition.

She then expressed hope that the song will be able to inspire people to use their voice to speak out and stand up for what’s right and just. “Now, with it releasing during a time such as this, I feel like the message is still one that needs to be heard, but now it applies to all of us, in raising our voice and raising our flag for not just our country…but for what we stand for.”

She also shared that the full track will be released soon.
