Almost a year after shooting down rumors that they had broken up, rumors are once again sprouting up that the famous ‘Riverdale’ couple, Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse, have called it quits.
People reports that a “source” has said they are currently not in a relationship, although they are known to be “on and off”. (You know the type.)
The rumored breakup comes after Cole posted an open letter to his followers on his Instagram Story, where he said he would not tolerate negative comments. While he didn’t specifically say it, fans think his Story may have something to do with the negative comments coming his way after rumors sparked that he had cheated on Lili.
He said, “When I first stepped into a public relationship this was one of the foreseeable consequences. And while I truly never intended to indulge any part of my private life to the ravenous horde, it’s clear my restraint in updating them has allowed them to push their own agenda onto my habits and lifestyle. So in conclusion — please eat my delectable plump a**.”
Both Cole and Lili have not confirmed the breakup, so maybe they’re just in another “off” phase?
