COVID-19 has taken the livelihoods of many people, leaving plenty to ask for help from others or to wait for government support. Though it does come, it often isn’t enough to sustain some families for the entire duration of the quarantine. Some families out there need more help than others–such is the case with Mang Efren.
Mang Efren, who stays around the Libis area, has resorted to asking for help via a card that explains his difficult situation. With a PWD wife and six children, Mang Efren is doing his best to keep afloat to provide for his family. He lost his job when COVID-19 hit and has even sold his belongings just to get by. He is now asking for help to keep feeding his family.
