Calling all success seekers! This October, get ready to take the LEAP from where you are to where you want to be!
OSA Training and Education will be hosting a success workshop entitled, “LEAP: The First Step to the Future You Want”. It will be held on October 17, 2015, at the Philippine Bible Society building, UN Avenue, Ermita, Manila. The workshop is based on the NY Times best-selling book, “The Success Principles”, by Jack Canfield, co-author of the world-renowned “Chicken Soup for the Soul” book.
Facilitating the workshop will be none other than Canfield-certified success trainer Ms. Penny Bongato, FPM, MBA, the first Filipino to have been granted full certification on THE SUCCESS PRINCIPLES© last August 2015. She is a seasoned HR practitioner, particularly in the Information Technology and Business Process Management industry, and has been instrumental in the set-up of several contact centers in the country.
Aside from being the Executive Director for Talent Development of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), she is also the Press Relations Officer of the Career Development Association of the Philippines (CDAP) and Former Director for People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). She has ventured into an advocacy of sharing her experiences through teaching and is now a part-time faculty of the Human Resources Management Program of De La Salle College of St. Benilde.
A life-long learner, Penny has been sharing THE SUCCESS PRINCIPLES© with several companies. She has been initially conducting the workshop for different schools; now, she is now opening the program to more individuals who are determined to reach their goals and get to where they would want to be.

The workshop would feature the core Success Principles from Canfield’s book, appropriated for Filipino audiences. There will also be workshops that will give participants a chance to move around and interact with each other.
