Kylie Verzosa is adding another feather to her cap! The multi-hyphenate boss babe can now proudly call herself a businesswoman with her newest and first venture: her very own shapewear brand, SOLÁ!
SOLÁ, which means “a woman standing on her own,” offers seamless shapewear manufactured with advanced knitting techniques and bonding technology that ensures a smooth, body-hugging, yet comfortable fit on every woman. Kylie has always loved wearing shapewear underneath all her fashionable outfits and film costumes, so it was a no-brainer for her to envision making such clothing technology much more affordable and accessible to fellow Filipinas.

“I’ve been in showbiz for eight years and, because of this, this has opened doors for me to experience multiple things. One of the things I realized is how brands are so aspirational yet unattainable due to their price. With SOLÁ, we want to turn your aspirational wants for high-quality items into attainable realities. We want you to have your dream products in your hands and on your body. SOLÁ is a brand for everyone and anyone who wants to own who they are and feel empowered,” Kylie shared with friends from the media during an intimate dinner event at 205 BGC last January 18.
As SOLÁ’s founder and creative director, Kylie also revealed just how long she’s been working on SOLÁ and how hands-on she’s been throughout the entire development process with her small women-led team. Now, she can confidently say that everything in the first collection is something she can be proud of.
SOLÁ’s first collection is called the Mercury Collection and it’s an inclusive shapewear line designed to prioritize compression without sacrificing stretchability, making it
perfect for everyday use. The size range is from XS – XXL with three colors to choose from—black, camel, and mauve—in six different styles: the Sculpting Classic Bodysuit, Sculpting Strapless Bodysuit, Sculpting Mid-Thigh Bodysuit, Sculpting Highwaisted Briefs, and Sculpting Highwaisted Shorts. The prices of their initial line range from PHP1,100 to 1,600. They also said that their sizes are “jump sizes,” meaning you can size up or size down depending on how tight or relaxed you want the fit of the bodysuits to be. They also conveniently have a size guide that you can check online!

Pre-orders are now available on the SOLÁ website. Kylie will also be doing a Tiktok livestream on January 30, 2024, on her Tiktok account which will open the official launch of SOLÁ to the Philippine market. They will soon be available on Tiktok shop, Shopee, and Lazada too!
