Kelly Clarkson may be one of the most powerful and talented female singers in Hollywood, but even the American Idol alum couldn’t keep it together when it comes to Wonder Woman!
Kelly just gushed about Gal Gadot at Variety‘s Power of Women event, and seeing her fangirl over the Wonder Woman star was so adorable!
Kelly hosted at the event while Gal Gadot was seated in the row. And according to Entertainment Weekly, the singer was so nervous, she could barely hold it together.
The pop star gushed:
“I am excited. I just saw her. I can’t. She’s Wonder Woman!”
The Stronger hitmaker also went into detail how important Gal Gadot’s interpretation of Wonder Woman was to her daughter, River Rose, particularly in comparison to some other figures in stories.
“It’s nice to have this bold female figure for your girl. Once she saw the little girl in Woman Woman defend herself and all that she loved, she started acting it out, and I couldn’t have been more proud.”
