Kaya ‘Yan, Kabataan! Youth Empowerment Talk to be held for the benefit of Old Balara

The St. Luke’s Medical Center Community and Preventive Medicine Interns (Para Sa Old Balara) organizes Kaya ‘Yan, Kabataan! to be held on October 13, 6PM – 9PM (GMT+8) via Zoom to provide empowerment talk for the youth.

Featuring Oh, Doktora?, Wartortoise, and Doc Adam, the event aims to discuss the pressing issues and conflicts that the youth is facing today.

 

Callalily, Dionela, Aone, Leanne and Nara were also confirmed to give special performances in the event as they want to also help the partner communities in Old Balara.

 

All proceeds from the said project will be utilized for 120 Old Balara Elementary School teachers who are in need of modular boxes required for modular program mode of delivering education, and 23 vegetable vendors whose livelihoods have been affected by the pandemic.
