On August 6, the stars will align for long-time K-drama fans and K-pop enthusiasts who’ve been deep into the stan life around since the early 2000s. Seven of South Korea’s most seasoned performers across all genres will come together for KOSTCON (also known as the Korean OST Concert), a first-of-its-kind concert that honors and showcases iconic K-drama soundtracks (OSTs).
Whether you’ve been singing these unforgettable theme songs in your sleep or only hearing them for the first time, there’s a seat at the SM Mall of Asia Arena for you to experience KOSTCON in all its glory.

The highly anticipated music show’s organizers from Kelebrity Worldwide, Inc., the Korean Management Federation, Hi-Five Entertainment Sdn. Bhd., and Random Minds, Inc. promise a once-in-a-lifetime experience for fans and attendees in line with the priceless hype that fuels any concert. As KOSTCON makes its way to the Philippines and the rest of Asia (maybe, even the whole world, somewhere down the line), let’s take a look at the show’s must-watch lineup, comprising the remarkable voices behind our favorite K-drama OSTs.
KOSTCON 2025 will give us a cinematic, once-in-a-lifetime music show on August 6, 2025 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Tickets are still available for purchase at SM Tickets.
Chen
Who wouldn’t purchase front-row tickets to witness Chen return to Philippine concert grounds? Whether you know him as a K-pop megastar from EXO or one of the remarkable singers behind “Everytime” from the hit K-drama “Descendants of the Sun,” Chen is a household name in both fields who delivers impeccable vocals no matter the occasion.
Chen’s roster of memorable OSTs also includes “Cherry Blossom Love Song” from “100 Days My Prince” and “Best Luck” from “It’s Okay, That’s Love.” Besides making his mark in the K-drama world, Chen was a top-class mentor on “Be the Next: 9 Dreamers,” an audition program and survival show in search of the newest Pinoy pop (P-pop) boy group among over 100 trainees.
Heize
From R&B to folk and mellow OSTs, there’s no denying Heize’s versatility as an award-winning solo artist. She’s most commonly known for hit songs like “Happen” and “Don’t Know You,” but she’s been delivering a stellar OST discography, too. Her distinct and rich vocals have graced the soundtracks to “Hotel del Luna,” “Goblin,” and “Prison Playbook,” along with various other highly recognized voices in the K-pop scene.
Soyou
No one blends K-pop and ballads quite like second-generation vocalist and survival show mentor, Soyou. If you loved her as one of the four summer queens of Sistar, you’ll enjoy her even more through her K-drama OSTs that date back to 2010. Her calm and sultry vocals have flourished in soundtracks for “When the Camellia Blooms,” “She Was Pretty,” “Love in the Moonlight,” and “18 Again.”
Lee Mujin
If you’re a long-time K-pop fan, you might know Lee Mujin best from his YouTube talk show, “Leemujin Service.” He hosts heartwarming interviews with new-generation idols and sings songs with them that range from old-school tunes to today’s chart-topping global hits. His notable guests include Jin of BTS, Heeseung of ENHYPEN, and D.O. of EXO, to name a few.
Well-received talk shows aside, Lee Mujin’s strength as a musician also lies in the songs he sang for the widely loved K-dramas “Hospital Playlist” and “Business Proposal.” Needless to say, Lee Mujin will be KOSTCON’s resident carrier of kilig and star-crossed meet-cute vibes.
Lyn
Lyn’s soulful voice has withstood the tests of time. Her song, “My Destiny” from the 2013 K-drama “My Love from the Star” has cemented its status as a timeless anthem that still adds color to the current shows and movies that trend in South Korea and the rest of the world. Hearing “My Destiny” live at KOSTCON will bring tears to our eyes without fail, harboring the same intense emotions that the song brought out of us when we heard it for the first time.
K.Will
“Masterclass Vocalist” K.Will is bringing his storytelling expertise to KOSTCON for a night of heightened emotions and “relapsing.” Whether it’s a crush you never got over, or an uncertain “almost” that you’ve yet to move on from, let the “Talk Love” and “Please Don’t…” singer be the background music to your dramatic inner monologues on the night of the concert.
Kim Bumsoo
Since 1999, Kim Bum Soo has been a powerhouse vocalist whose name has been written across multiple renowned K-drama OSTs. His 2002 hit “I Miss You” is now a classic ballad in South Korea, accompanying his various heartfelt songs for “More Than Blue,” “Secret Garden,” and “Youth of May.”
