CocoJul fans unite!
Julia Montes is officially joining the long-running series “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” as the newest love interest of Coco Martin’s character, Cardo Dalisay!
Series producer Dreamscape Entertainment confirmed the news on Friday, July 30, as they shared a photo of Julia attending the story conference and posing for the pictorial with the cast and crew.
This will be the first time the two actors will be love team partners for a teleserye in six years. They also have a movie project in the works which was directed by Brillante Mendoza and shot in the municipality of Pola, Oriental Mindoro.
The last time Julia and Coco were seen on screen together was in “Wansapanataym’s Yamishita’s Treasures” in 2015. They were first paired in the 2012 drama “Walang Hanggan.” Fans have been clamoring for them to star in a new project together once again, even more so in the past year when Julia officially made her showbiz comeback.
The two have also long been rumored to be romantically involved but neither has confirmed nor denied the speculation.
