Ji Chang-wook fans, rejoice! One of our favorite oppas will be starring in a new romantic Korean drama with Kim Ji-won soon! The drama is an upcoming original series by KakaoTV possibly titled ‘City Couple’s Way of Love’ and is set to premiere before the year ends.
‘City Couple’s Way of Love’ will showcase realistic dating lives of young people fighting to survive in a busy city. There are plans for the show to have multiple seasons, and Season 1 could possibly be titled ‘My Lovable Camera Thief’.
Ji Chang-wook’s character Park Chae-won is an architect in love with city streets, where he falls in love with a woman that he fondly calls the ‘camera thief’. Kim Ji-won, on the other hand, will play the role of a freelance marketer who eventually falls in love with Chae-won while pretending to be a free-spirited woman named Yoon Sun-ah.
The series will be directed by Park Shin-woo, director of the recent hit series ‘It’s Okay to Not be Okay‘, and written by Jung Hyun-jung of ‘Romance is a Bonus Book’ fame. We cannot wait!
