In celebration of International Women’s Day, Iza Calzado honored the strength and beauty of motherhood by sharing stunning nude photos from her maternity shoot and an empowering message.
She proudly showcased her body during pregnancy and reflected how powerful she felt in overcoming all the challenges as a woman in this journey.
“When I look at these images, I am reminded of how powerful I felt when I was giving life to Deia inside me. It was the first time in my life that I fully embraced my body and the DIVINE POWER inside me,” she began her post.
The celebrity mom recalled holding her belly and realizing the “great privilege” and “power” she had to carry a child in her womb.

She added, “May every woman be able to tap into their power, in whatever way, shape or form. It may be by revolutionizing change in their own communities. Being a career woman or homemaker, being a creative or having a corporate job.”
Beyond motherhood, Iza also honored women who nurture themselves and sustain the lives of their pets, plants, and people they have chosen as their family.
“As we usher in International Women’s Day, may every woman feel worthy to take up space and be seen and heard. May every one of us feel more than enough,” she continued.
The actress concluded her post with an empowering message of body positivity and womanhood, “Celebrating and honoring my body for all that it has done for me and continues to do for me. I AM GRATEFUL. I AM A WOMAN. I AM POWERFUL!”
Iza is an advocate of women empowerment, mental health, body positivity, and self-acceptance. She is also one of the co-founders of She Talks Asia, a non-profit organization that raises awareness of overall well-being and women empowerment.
In January 2023, she and her husband, Ben Wintle, welcomed their first child, Deia Amihan.
