For those who love the hip-hop and fashion combo, you’ll get a kick out of this one: Drake just wrote a song for the Louis Vuitton fashion show!
Although Drake isn’t the most fashionable rapper compared to, say, Kanye West, the collab makes sense as the Passionfruit hitmaker seems to be the rapper du jour in Hollywood.
Drake’s music project, October Firm, did curate all of the music for the show, though the song “Signs” is the only new Drake song, which went well with LV menswear show in Paris, where the song made its official debut.
The lyrics also reveal that it’s suited to reflect Louis Vuitton and its high-fashion lifestyle, such as:
“Champagne with breakfast while I’m yawning / Can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning.”
