A new school year brings new activities and events and, though 2018 has just rolled around the corner, it’s already beginning to look busy! HEdCen, or the Holistic Education and Development Center, is kicking off the year by celebrating its 25th birthday with an art exhibit full of works, some of which were created by teachers and students from the school.
In their exhibit titled “Salamat,” paintings by talented artists and those who hold HEdCen close to them will be featured and even be put up for sale.
What’s the best part? Aside from being surrounded by art, music, and bright-eyed creatives, all the proceeds from these sales will be going to the Dumagat Indigenous tribe!
