Entrepreneurs from ASEAN countries such as Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, will be part of the delegation. There will also be delegates from other dialogue partners such as China, Korea, Australia and the USA.

Young entrepreneurs aged between 18-25 can attend the summit, where they will have opportunities to network and participate in dialogues with other young entrepreneurs across the ASEAN and other partners, such as China, India, Australia and the USA.
