Ed Sheeran is once again collaborating with BTS!
The “Shape Of You” hitmaker revealed that he is writing a new song for the Korean boyband during an interview with Most Requested Live, a clip of which was shared on the show’s Twitter account.
“I’ve just written a song for them for their new record. And they’re like super, super cool guys as well,” Ed said.

BTS’s agency, Big Hit, later confirmed this news to Newsen. “It is true that Ed Sheeran is participating in BTS’s new song,” they were quoted saying by Soompi. It has yet to be announced if this new track will be included in the band’s upcoming CD version of their chart-topping single “Butter” which Big Hit said will include a brand new track that “will make your heart beat to the rhythm of BTS’s positive energy.”
Ed previously worked with BTS to create the song “Make It Right” which is part of their 2019 album “Map Of the Soul: Persona.”
