Comic Quest Announces That They are Closing

It’s a sad day for geeks.

Comic Quest, a comic book and hobby shop that has been in business since 1986, is closing down.

On Facebook, the shop announced, “We just want to let you know that because of the combined pressure of the pandemic, as well as the disruption of the global distribution of comic books, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to begin the process of closing down Comic Quest. It is and has been an extremely challenging time for us, and we feel that this is our best option moving forward.”

This is a special announcement for all our valued customers.
We hope you ‘re doing well and staying safe during this…

Comic Quest went on to reminisce its history, from its first store in BF Homes to its branches in Greenhills, Makati, and as far away as SM Cebu.

According to the shop, “But now the time has come to say goodbye, and let all of you know how much we appreciate being given the chance to be part of the comic book industry.”

Comic Quest will be holding a farewell sale from September 16 to October at its SM Megamall branch. All items will be on sale from at least 50% and up.
