If you’ve grown up reading the ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ comics or even watching the show on TV, you will love to hear this news: an upcoming cover of the ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ comics shows a Filipina vampire slayer dressed in traditional Filipino attire – and we are loving it!
According to the Facebook post by Filbar’s Online, this is the very first Boom! Studios Philippine-exclusive variant cover and it. This special limited-run variant features an exclusive cover by TRESE co-creator Kajo Baldisimo, as well as a 10-page story introducing the first full appearance of a Filipina vampire slayer into the universe of the hit series ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’.
