3. Spanish Sardine Pasta (Php 220)

Bistro Ninety Eight’s Spanish Sardine Pasta is basically fresh spaghetti topped with bits of spicy Spanish sardines. The dish has the right amount of heat to it, and goes well with the bistro’s home brewed iced tea.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Truffle Carbonara (Php 350)

Filling and delicious, Bistro Ninety Eight’s Truffle Carbonara exudes a faint, woodsy aroma that mushroom-lovers will most likely love. The dish is earthy and somehow “meaty”, probably because of the cream and bite-size mushrooms.

 

 

 

 

5. New York Cheesecake (Php 180)

While Chefs Darwin and Phoebe’s dessert specialties are crème brûlée and panna cotta, Chef Joseph’s is New York Cheesecake. A slice is big enough for two, but each mouthful makes you beg for more. Unlike the other cheesecakes available in Manila, Bistro Ninety Eight’s is lighter and a touch creamier. It’s definitely not guilt-free, but we don’t care because it’s that good!
