Filling and delicious, Bistro Ninety Eight’s Truffle Carbonara exudes a faint, woodsy aroma that mushroom-lovers will most likely love. The dish is earthy and somehow “meaty”, probably because of the cream and bite-size mushrooms.

5. New York Cheesecake (Php 180)
While Chefs Darwin and Phoebe’s dessert specialties are crรจme brรปlรฉe and panna cotta, Chef Joseph’s is New York Cheesecake. A slice is big enough for two, but each mouthful makes you beg for more. Unlike the other cheesecakes available in Manila, Bistro Ninety Eight’s is lighter and a touch creamier. It’s definitely not guilt-free, but we don’t care because it’s that good!
