This is a 1-day community gathering featuring art, design, food and culture from big and small creatives around the Metro and Rizal.
The Artis Artisan Bazaar is on November 25, 2018 from 10 AM to 5 PM at Antipolo Beehouse, a home and a nature reserve in the heart of Antipolo. Adjacent to it is Burrow Café, an underground cafe 76 steps down by a river (the Tungtong River).
The bazaar began in 2014 as a small community gathering of about 15 friends and merchants set in a home, which aimed to nurture the creative spirit by bringing together artists and ‘artis-artisans,’ those who are longtime artists alongside those who are just beginning their craft.
This relaxed Sunday continues to grow and has become an annual tradition. This is its 4th gathering. Just a day, wander into an open-home, shop good goods, attend inspiring talks and demos, eat yummy yums and drink good slow-made coffee. Weather permitting, the day would end with an outdoor movie, along with some musical performances by local band Shuajo and Abby Asistio.
There is an entry of P50, which will go to benefit two nearby not-for-profits: Tungtong River Conservation Project (IG @hedcen_trcp) and Shiphrah Birthing Center (located in Taytay Rizal which provides safe and dignified birthing for women).
