Angelica Panganiban recently spoke up on the subject of self-love and self-care during a press con last September 12. She emphasized how vital it is to an individual’s well-being and shared that one way she makes time for herself is through skin scare. Another is, of course, by traveling!
A well-established globetrotter, it’s a common sight for new travel posts and destination photos to litter her social media platforms. So Cosmo.ph decided to ask what her next plans for trekking across the globe entailed. In response, Angelica shared that she would actually be traveling every other week for the rest of the year.

“Super dami ko pang travels ngayon. Almost every other week akong umaalis ng country. Marami pa akong pupuntahan. Next week, mag-Th-Thailand ako. Then, may possibility na mag-Norway ako next, next week. Tapos, mag-b-birthday ako sa Europe, sa Greece and Italy. Marami pa talaga! Then, manonood ako ng U2 concert sa Korea. [Gusto ko rin mag-Christmas] sa Finland.”
[I have so many travels lined up. I’m leaving the country almost every other week. I have so many places to go. Next week, I’ll be in Thailand. Then there’s a possibility I’ll be in Norway next, next week. Then I’ll be celebrating my birthday in Europe, in Greece and Italy. It’s really a lot! Then, I’ll be watching the U2 concert in Korea. I’d also like to spend Christmas in Finland.]
Angelica explained that she got the chance to maximize her travels because of the movie she’s doing with Bea Alonzo.
“Ngayon, may ginagawa akong movie with Bea [Alonzo]…Yung one week niya, mag-s-soap opera siya, then yung susunod na week niya, mag-mo-movie siya, then soap…kaya ako merong one week na free lagi,” she explained. “Kapag may taping siya, umaalis ako. Kasi parang, na-deprive ako for three years, e. For three years, nagsipag talaga ako. Halos hindi ako nakaalis ng bansa.”
[I’m now doing a movie with Bea Alonzo. Her schedule alternates filming for her soap opera during one week, then her movie the next week, then her soap opera again. Which is why I always have 1 week free. When she has a taping, I’m able to leave. Because it feels like I was deprived for 3 years. For 3 years, I worked hard. I was barely able to leave the country.]
She even has ideas lined up for 2020 already: “Gusto kong mag-South America, given the chance na maging ganito ulit yung schedule ko.” [I’d like to visit South America, given the chance that my schedule will be similar to this once again.]
