Buzz-worthy names from famous foodie streets of the metro north, south, and in Makati’s side skirts gathered in the heart of the city for a day of feasting last October 2 to 4. Valero Eat Street held in Signa Designer Residences (Valero corner Rufino Streets, Makati) had about 1,000 epicures from all over visit the one-day event. If you’re dreaming of the wondrous food still flooding your Instagram feed, well, here are highlights to keep you craving until the next Valero Eat Street.

They officially opened the event with Manila Eat Up’s Food and Props Phoneography Workshop by Food Stylist Ezra Antonio.
The participants gathered in Manila Eat Up’s Instagram Food Booth using props from Boqueria Lifestyle Market and Townes Fabrics. Prizes were PHP4,000 GCs from Sperry Topsider, One year e-mag subscription of Appetite Magazine, and a lootbag from McCormick including Sabrina Artadi’s cookbook.
Sabrina Artadi of Sabrina’s Kitchen had fun teaching her students her favorite Moroccan Egg dish.
Erwan Heussaff then took the stage to showcase an easy and healthy chicken dish.
The night ended with an awesome performance by Blues musician Hoochie Koochie Mikkie.
