As a dedicated fan of their music, I am thrilled to hear that this heartwarming love song will be part of Shiseido’s ANESSA Global Campaign Song.

For the creation of ‘Smile Again,’ BE: FIRST collaborated with a talented team of artists, including Japanese rapper, singer-songwriter, producer, and CEO of management company BMSG, SKY-HI, and Keita Tachibana from the renowned dance and vocal group w-inds. JUNE from Korea joined in as the music producer. The music video was choreographed by all four members of the influential Japanese dance and performance collective s**t kingz, who have worked with various Japanese and South Korean artists.
The accompanying music video for ‘Smile Again’ was released via BE: FIRST’s YouTube channel on 24 April. The video is set in an airport and features the members of BE: FIRST in a drama-like scene of unspoken stories and relentless yearning in search of something close to their hearts.
To celebrate the release of ‘Smile Again,’ BE: FIRST will be holding a livestream event via YouTube on 26 April 2023, 6 PM (Singapore time). The group will also share more activities related to the release of ‘Smile Again’ on their social media accounts in the upcoming weeks.
This release also includes BE: FIRST’s viral hit, ‘Boom Boom Back,’ and an additional unreleased single, ‘Great Mistakes’. ‘Boom Boom Back’ related videos with the #BBB チャレンジ (#BBBChallenge in English) have created a buzz on TikTok, surpassing over 100 million views to date, with numbers still growing. The single topped various charts in Japan, including Billboard JAPAN’s JAPAN HOT 100 and TikTok Weekly Top 20 Japan.
