AIESEC in the Philippines has successfully launched the fourth run of Develop with AIESEC: Training for Students!
Students from outgoing Grade 10 students to incoming freshmen around the Philippines embarked on this not-so-ordinary workshop. They braved the unexplored horizons of their personal growth as this is an avenue to hone their leadership skills further as the topics were centered on AIESEC’s Inner and Outer Journey Framework.
The delegates, named Kabayans, engaged in synchronous and asynchronous sessions that helped them discover their potential as youth leaders and expand their network through national and local touchpoints. Furthermore, high-profile speakers, notably Teddy Baguilat and Atty. Chel Diokno, were invited to provide sessions for the Kabayans to have reflection spaces regarding their leadership journey.
