A Letter to the Dreamchasers: NEVERLAND Manila’s Official Statement

Dearest Dreamchasers,

It has been our pleasure and pride to be able to bring the list of international DJs to you and Manila.

However, it has been a trying year for the industry, especially given the changes in the political climate and the recent tragedy. The year has also seen many surprising events occur, against all odds and expectations, at home and overseas.  We have been working tirelessly to surmount these obstacles such as insurance and relevant permits, made more difficult given the scale of our endeavor. Coming to the close of the year, the environment grows more unpredictable.

Due to these unfortunate circumstances beyond our control, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the postponement of Neverland Manila 2016 to next year.  Rest assured that all ticket holders who want a refund will get their money back 100%.

  • For those who want to hold on to their tickets, you will be able to use your tickets for next year.
  • For those who bought on SM tickets, you can claim your refunds from them.
  • For those who bought from resellers, please claim your refunds directly from them.
  • For those who bought their tickets in our campus/bar tours, please claim your refunds at the Neverland Manila office.

We sincerely apologize and share in your sadness for this turn in events.

This has been one of the hardest decisions we have had to make but are convinced it is the right one for the safety and enjoyment of our fellow.

Dreamchasers, as dreams go, we will continue to strive to bring the best quality of music to our avid fans and we will see each other next year when we fulfill our dream of the best EDM event in the country!

Refund Mechanics through SM Tickets:

ONLINE TRANSACTIONS:

*UNREDEEMED: Kindly send us a request for reversal to customercare@smtickets.com and attach the claim ticket voucher.

*REDEEMED: Please surrender the actual ticket to the branch where it was redeemed.

OVER-THE-COUNTER TRANSACTIONS:

*SM CINEMAS: Kindly surrender the actual ticket to the SM Cinema branch where it was purchased.

*SM STORES/EASTWOOD:

Card Transactions– Please surrender the actual ticket to the branch where it was purchased.

Cash Transactions– Kindly proceed to Mall of Asia Arena Box Office and surrender the actual tickets.

Also, please be advised that for all card transactions, the reversal process may take 10-15 banking days.
