In an official Facebook post, the Philippine Tennis Association (Philta) confirmed the schedules for the two upcoming tournaments.

The Philippines will be the final stop of the WTA Tour’s Asian Swing in 2027, which will officially commence from November 1-7.

According to Philta, the event will be organized in partnership with Octagon and with the support of the Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Olympic Committee.

“Dalawang WTA tournaments sa isang taon, dito mismo sa Pilipinas! Mas maraming world-class tennis, more opportunities for our players, and more exciting matches for Filipino tennis fans to look forward to,” Philta wrote in a separate post.

Meanwhile, the WTA 125 tournament will take place in January 2027, coinciding with the second week of the Australian Open.
