On October 24, NOEFFS*GIVEN presents ESCAPE FROM UNDERLAND, a multi-genre Halloween experience at BHSpaces in Mandaluyong.
ESCAPE FROM UNDERLAND unites eight artists and different communities from across the electronic dance music scene on a single dancefloor.
Taking inspiration from Alice in Wonderland and Halloween, the event transforms BHSpaces through industrial lighting, precise sound design, and raw visual production, creating an immersive experience.
INSIDE UNDERLAND
Beyond the music, ESCAPE FROM UNDERLAND reimagines Alice in Wonderland through a darker Halloween lens, where everything is twisted into something strange, hypnotic, and unsettling. Immersive visuals and fragmented references to Wonderland transform BHSpaces into a world caught somewhere between fantasy and nightmare. Rather than recreating Wonderland, the production builds the feeling of being trapped inside a dream gone wrong, where the madness is never far behind.

The event’s roster brings together veterans, international talent, and emerging sounds from across Manila’s electronic dance music scene.
BBSTEVE
Rooted in Manila’s electronic underground, BBSTEVE is a DJ and producer known for bass-heavy selections built to push sound systems to their limits. His sets combine raw energy with forward-thinking sounds, bringing the weight and attitude of sound system culture straight to the dancefloor.
BRIAN CUA
A multi-awarded Filipino DJ, producer, arranger, and sound engineer, Brian Cua brings decades of influence across the local and international dance music landscape. His career has moved through house, progressive, vocal, techno, and peak-hour electronic music, making his presence on the lineup a bridge between the foundations of Manila nightlife and the new generation shaping its future.
CAL SOESANTO
After years of stepping away from the scene, Cal Soesanto returns with more than a decade of history in Manila’s electronic music community. Her journey includes appearances at White Party Manila: Evolution, Black Party Manila X at the Araneta Coliseum, and Jungle Circuit Party Sinulog 2016. Now entering a new chapter, Cal returns with a perspective of everything lived between then and now. Her return is pure reinvention, driven by the raw emotion and freedom that first drew her to the booth.
CNSTNTN
True trance lovers in the metro, remember the name CNSTNTN. This Manila-based DJ is known for bringing serious heat to the decks, driving techno rhythms with massive, euphoric trance melodies that give absolute goosebumps. His work with Elevation Events shows that he doesn’t just play tracks, he crafts high-energy journeys built on pure momentum, massive drops, and real dancefloor connection.
EMS
At the forefront of Manila’s current rave circuit is EMS, an acid techno DJ and founder of the underground collective RAVENILA. Behind the decks, her presence on the lineup brings a sharp, contemporary edge through high-intensity sets driven by hypnotic 303 acid lines, relentless grooves, and raw energy, bridging the city’s modern warehouse culture with pure, unadulterated dancefloor momentum.
MARKDC
Hailing from Orani, Bataan, MarkDC is a DJ and producer rooted in Tech House, Melodic Techno, and Dubstep, a mix of genres that work like magic in his hands. His sets are a passage: low-end pressure builds like weather rolling in, melodic breaks open the sky just long enough to breathe, then the floor drops back into the depths. He doesn’t chase constant peaks. He paces the climb, so when the release comes, it feels less like a drop and more like an arrival.
PARACELCIUS
Coming from Olongapo, Zambales, Paracelcius brings a distinct duality to the floor, a medical doctor by day and an unapologetic bass head by night. Bridging raw heavy low-end with sweeping, heart-on-sleeve melodic arcs, his presence on the lineup fuses high-precision curation with global bass culture. Delivering emotional live-performance energy, relentless dubstep rhythms, and surgical transitions, his sound operates as a high-impact prescription for the dancefloor.
TIM DAUZ
Born from the energy of Manila, refined through Tokyo and Berlin, and anchored in New York’s underground, Tim Dauz brings an instinctual, global perspective to the floor. Tim is a DJ that builds rooms. His selections are engineered for gradual, immersive grooves rather than quick peak-hour payoffs. Prioritizing atmosphere and intention over overstimulation, his sets build safe, intimate spaces where dancers can authentically connect, find themselves, and lose track of time.
Rather than forcing these sounds into separate spaces, NOEFFS*GIVEN brings them under one roof, allowing the night to flow from one energy to another.
The result is a lineup that isn’t defined by a single genre, but by the movement between them, a reflection of the collective’s belief that electronic music is at its best when everyone is free to express themselves.
THE COLLECTIVE
Founded in March 2025, NOEFFS*GIVEN was created around three principles:
Inclusivity without compromise.
Integrity without pretension.
Movement without permission.
Through event concepts including MIXTAPE, NEON OASIS, OFFGRID, and BASSPHASE, the collective has created spaces for different corners of electronic music to intersect, bringing artists, audiences, venues, and fellow collectives into the same ecosystem.
For NOEFFS*GIVEN, ESCAPE FROM UNDERLAND is another expression of that continuing movement on a bigger scale.
