IU and Lee Jong-suk have parted ways after four years of being in a relationship.

On July 10, IU’s agency, EDAM Entertainment, and Jong-suk’s agency, ACE Factory, confirmed that they “broke up” after confirming their relationship back in 2022.
“They have decided to remain good colleagues,” both agencies said in an article published by Soompi.
IU is a popular K-pop idol and actress best known for her critically acclaimed shows like “My Mister” and “When Life Gives You Tangerines.” She also starred in the historical romantic-comedy show “Perfect Crown.”
Meanwhile, Lee Jong-suk is an actor who gained mainstream prominence through numerous acting projects, including “Pinocchio,” “Doctor Stranger,” “W,” “While You Were Sleeping,” and “Big Mouth.”
