Trillion Peso March Part 3 Is Happening—Here’s When and What to Expect

If you’ll be anywhere near EDSA on February 25, 2026, you may want to expect a series of commemorative and protest activities marking the 40th anniversary of the People Power Revolution.

On that day, Tindig Pilipinas and allied groups will hold Trillion Peso March Part 3, the latest installment in a series of anti-corruption rallies first launched in 2025. The event carries the theme “Tayo ang People Power laban sa korapsyon at dinastiya” and will bring together church and civil society organizations, youth advocates, Martial Law veterans, and families of victims of extra-judicial killings.

What the march is calling for

According to Tindig Pilipinas, the third Trillion Peso March continues the calls raised in its previous rallies.

Among the measures being pushed are the passage of the Anti-Dynasty Law and the Party-List Reform Law, along with other systemic reforms. Organizers are also calling for the prosecution of individuals involved in the alleged flood control scandal and the recovery of ill-gotten wealth.

The agenda further includes seeking justice for victims of human rights abuses, forming a truth commission, ensuring reparations for extrajudicial killings during the Duterte administration, and countering what organizers describe as historical revisionism related to martial law.

At a press conference on February 11, 2026, Kiko Aquino-Dee, co-convenor of the Buhayin ang People Power Movement, clarified that seeking the resignation of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Vice President Sara Duterte will not be part of the February 25 program.

A quick look back

The first Trillion Peso March was held on September 21, 2025, coinciding with the anniversary of the declaration of martial law. A second rally followed on Bonifacio Day, November 30, 2025.

With Part 3 falling on the 40th anniversary of EDSA, organizers say the event aims to both commemorate the historic uprising and continue their calls for reforms.
