Welcoming a one-of-its-kind fine-dining experience, Hinabi Privé will visit various locations across Metro Manila this November and December 2025, centering on the celebration of Filipino talents, food, and culture.
Hinabi Privé is a pop-up gourmet dining series that honors Filipino rituals, history, and heritage—positioning itself as more than a dining experience, but as an authentic commemoration of native traditions.

The event will run for nine episodes at rotating locations across the city. Each night promises a unique experience—menus will not be repeated, and every evening is designed to create distinctive memories.
Founded by Pat Villaceran, a macroeconomic architect and business strategist who is an alumnus of UPLB, Hinabi Privé embodies her advocacy for circular economy and her belief that Filipino talents deserve global recognition.
Supporting this creative vision, Gian De Jesus, an immersive and experiential theater director, serves as director of the production, creative, and operations teams to ensure every evening is unique. With a background in immersive theatre and development communication, he crafts each night to be intimate, personal, and memorable.
De Jesus applies a multidisciplinary approach, engaging all senses—vision, hearing, smell, touch, and taste. Every Filipino meal prepared is paired with a multisensory experience, ensuring that each bite is unforgettable.
The series is powered by The Greats’ Wellness, an agri-tech and sustainability social enterprise offering meal subscription plans, exclusive health community access, and educational resources such as e-books. The enterprise collaborates with UPLB AGORA and PhilRice to ensure mission alignment and operational success.
Hinabi Privé also partners with Applods Live Productions, a lights and sounds company specializing in live production, lighting, and music manipulation, with experience in numerous concerts, parties, and events across the Philippines since 2020.
