Jericho Rosales who stars in the short film ‘Basurero’ by Eileen Cabiling is set to compete in the 2020 Tamper4e Film Festival in Finland for the International Category.
The film is about a fisherman named Bong who is played by Jericho Rosales. His earning wasn’t enough as a fisherman because there was a scarcity of fishes because of climate change among other things.
In order to earn, Bong found himself in the midst of an EJK crisis as he agreed to dump the bodies of the victims of the bloody drug war.
Tampere Film Fest will be held on March 4-8 where ‘Basurero’ will be one of the 60 films that will compete for the international category.
