PSA: Manila Has Announced Their Rerouting Scheme For SEA Games 2019

In light of the different sporting events being held in Rizal Memorial Stadium, the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) and the Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) have devised measures which will hopefully ease the flow of traffic.

The Manila Public Information Office (PIO) shared on Facebook the traffic scheme that will be implemented in and around Rizal Memorial Stadium. It also included the contingency plans for the routing of vehicles. They are as follows:

1. All vehicle coming from Taft Avenue utilizing the westbound lane of President Quirino intending to utilize Adriatico Street shall go straight to Roxas Boulevard to point of destination;

2. All vehicles coming from the Taft Avenue utilizing westbound lane of P. Ocampo intending to utilize Adriatico Street shall go straight to Roxas Boulevard or turn right to Mabini Street to point of destination;

3. All vehicles coming from the Roxas Boulevard or FB Harrison utilizing eastbound lane of P. Ocampo street intending to utilize Adriatico Street straight to Taft Avenue point of destination;

4. All vehicles coming from the Roxas Boulevard utilize an eastbound lane of President Quirino intending to utilize Adriatico street shall go straight to Taft Avenue point of destination.
