Fit Kitchen PH: Healthy Eating Made Easy
We all want to have long lives and healthy bodies. There is no question there. We want to function well so that we have enough energy to work, as well as to play. However, what are we doing to attain this state?
Many a time have I heard this statement from my friends: “I want to eat healthy.” This is good news for me. Unfortunately, more often that not, this is followed by a big BUT.
“BUT I have no time to prepare healthy meals.”
“BUT I have a tight budget.”
“BUT it’s more convenient to eat fast food.”
“BUT healthy meals are boring and taste bland.”
“BUT I have a big appetite.”
“BUT healthy meals feel kulang”
“BUT I can’t eat without rice.”
“BUT….”
And the list goes on and on…
Fit Kitchen PH gets rid of all these BUTs. Its owner, a self-confessed ex-junk food eater, understands the dilemmas each aspiring healthy eater faces. According to her, she has tried other delivery meals, but none has completely satisfied her needs. Apart from taking a course on preparing healthy dishes, she partnered with an LA-trained chef to make each eater’s healthy dining experience a superb one.

True enough, when I tried their meals, I was beyond satisfied. Each meal tasted like a dish ordered from a restaurant. They were all flavorful and sumptuous in their own right. Never did I feel that I was eating “diet food.” Apart from this, no one ever told me “’Yan lang kakainin mo? (Is that all you’re gonna eat?).” This was a question I was often asked when I dined with my co-workers, making me feel uncomfortable, awkward, and unsatisfied with my previous packed meals.

Furthermore, meals by Fit Kitchen PH are delivered a day before. You don’t have to wake up extra early in the morning to wait for the delivery man for your breakfast and the rest of your meals. Plus, you don’t have to worry about possible mishaps: what if the delivery guy got stuck in traffic? What if he doesn’t get here on time? What if, what if, what if?
With Fit Kitchen PH, healthy eating need not be boring, expensive, or direly difficult. Partake of mouth-watering meals without having to deprive yourself. At 1200, 1500 or 1800 calories per day, you will be able to reach your fitness goal in no time AND get proper nutrition while doing so!
