Because Helping Doesn’t Stop: Charity Drive in Singapore for Typhoon Haiyan/ Yolanda Victims on 24th of November 

 

 

 

Yolanda, the deadliest typhoon that hit the Philippines nearly two weeks ago left an unspeakable damage. The devastation poured over the Philippine soil and the Filipinos’  hearts a thousand times worst than a thief in the night.   It came with not the best timing though, as the holiday season is just about to start. From then on, International and local charity drives / relief efforts have been organized; Red Cross, Operation USA, World Food Programme, etc… even  celebrity couple  David and Victoria  Beckham  donated clothes to extend their help. It’s never too late to reach out, let us support one another and keep the Filipino spirit alive.

 

 

 

To all our kababayan in Singapore, PinoySG (the largest portal for Filipinos in Singapore) will conduct a charity drive for the typhoon Yolanda victims on the 24th of November. Just a gentle reminder that they would not be able to accept clothes donation during this time ; they have laid out in detail the things we could donate to our fellow Filipinos affected by the calamity. Remember, there are no small or big donations. Let’s all offer our prayers for those extremely affected by the typhoon and see you all tomorrow!
