If you’re in your late 20s or 30s, chances are, you grew up watching Gundam. The anime about giant robots called mecha captivated the imagination of kids that many still feel nostalgic about the show today. The Gundam model features the mecha‘s three iconic colors: silver for the front, white for the temples, and blue for the temple tips. Other fun features are a metal emblem of the Earth Federation Forces near the temple tip and the model number RX-78-2 is laser-engraved on the temple.
Char’s Zaku II
The Char’s Zaku II model comes in matte black and red to symbolize the mecha. You can see an emblem of the robot on the temple tip, and the model number MS-06S is laser-engraved on the temple.
Zaku II
If you’re a fan of Zaku II, you’ll definitely love this model. This one comes in matte moss green to mimic the mecha‘s body. A metal emblem of the Principality of Zeon Forces is on the temple tip, while the model number MS-06 is laser-engraved on the temple.
DOM
The DOM model comes in a matte dark gray body, matte black temple tips, and temples in a royal shade of purple. A metal emblem of Principality of Zeon Forces is on the temple tip, while the model number MS-09 is laser-engraved on the temple.
Here’s another thing that’s going to excite Gundam fans. You can also get a Gundam head case, where you can store up to six pairs of eyewear. The eyes of the headcase also light up and there’s a start-up sound effect!
Each pair of OWNDAYSÂ x Gundam glasses costs P5,990, while the Gundam head case is P30,000.
