Everyone’s been raving about the newest season of Philippines’ Next Top Model since it aired a couple of weeks ago. And for good reason, too! The hottest and most talked about fashion competition is back with an awesome line-up and the most fabulous challenges. Don’t believe us? This season, we see a wide and interesting mix of contestants ̶ girls all over the country, from different walks of life, different backgrounds, and each with an inspiring story to tell. Despite their differences, the girls share a common purpose, and that is to make their modelling dreams come true. How will their dynamics play out in the show? Well, we’ll just have to find out!
Challenge Accepted
This season, PNTM has gone all out with the challenges, pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a Top Model. So far, it was either sink or swim in the first Underwater Challenge. The girls were put to the runway test in the Hangar Challenge. They were taught, not just how to act, but how to think like a Top Model in the Standout Challenge. What was your favorite so far? Modelling is not all glitz and glamour, there are the occasional LOLs and OMGs. PNTM takes us behind-the-scenes on all these, plus the fun and quirky sides of the model contestants. It makes us appreciate the gorgeous lady behind each photograph more, don’t you think?
Top Model Council that’s ????
Judges Rapha Kiefer, Rain Dagala, and model mentor, Kylie Verzosa are brutally honest when it comes to speaking their minds to help the contestants improve on their craft. As people from the fashion and modelling industries, this season’s Top Model Council isn’t afraid to call it as it is. TIP: Watch out for Rain’s tough lovin’ during judging time!
Maggie is da real Queen
Every episode, Maggie Wilson proves why she is the host of PNTM. From her on-point, weekly critiques to that episode where she schooled the girls with killer catwalk, there is no doubt in our minds that Maggie is kween. And of course, being from the industry herself, she definitely knows what it is she is looking for in a Top Model.
