And the NUMBER ONE spot goes to..
*drum roll*
1. Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
Hokkaido Ramen Santouka: Tokusen Toroniku Ramen
“What makes Hokkaido Ramen Santouka different is that it is one of the few ramen places where you can get a bowl of Shio Ramen. Shio is a simple soup base flavored with salt only. If you want something authentic, simple, yet flavorful, a bowl of Shio ramen can do the trick. However, it is a pretty tricky flavor to work with and Hokkaido Ramen Santouka was able to master it thus considering it as a flagship ramen.” – KC Canlas
Our favorites: Santouka’s Tokusen Toroniku Ramen (most tender pork cheeks) and Char Siu Gohan
Other MUST TRY Dishes: There are just too many to mention, but here are a few: Shio Ramen, Kara-Miso Ramen, Salmon Roe Rice Bowl (order the set menu) and the Mochi Cream desserts
