We were told that a score between 40 to 69 means your skin had normal hydration, below 40 means your skin is dehydrated and 70 above means your skin was well hydrated. My initial skin moisture result was 51 while my friend, Grace’s initial result was 65.

After testing the product, the Neutrogena representative checked my skin’s moisture again. And wow I was surprised at how instant the effect of Neutrogena Hydro Boost was! Grace’s skin moisture went up from 65 to 85 and my skin’s moisture jumped from 51 to 90! Really amazing!
