It really goes to show how brands care.
Ever since the recently implemented Community Quarantine, we’ve all been worrying about how to cope in the coming days. There’s food, work, salary, utilities, and bills payment to worry about among others. That’s why businesses try to make things easier for us. And that includes PLDT and Meralco, two of the country’s essential companies.
Following the 30-day extension on bills payment that Globe and PLDT have recently announced, PLDT decided to give a Speed Boost to Fibr subscribers. And this applies to those living in Metro Manila and the Greater Metro Manila (Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal) area. This means that the minimum speed will be increased to 25 Mbps until April 30 until things tide over.

On the other hand, Meralco has offered a 30-day payment extension for bills that are due from March 1 to April 14. Plus, Residents also don’t have to worry about power interruptions because they’re postponing maintenance. Unless it’s an emergency, of course.
