There are several ways to help homeless animals. Adoption and rescue missions are two examples, to name a few.
But did you know that you can help these creatures in need by simply buying books?
Just recently, Marj Casal put up an online benefit book sale that will help raise funds for the rescue dogs under the care of Save Animals of Love and Light – Save ALL.
Save-ALL is a non-government organization that fights for animal welfare, rights and protection through rescuing and giving assistance to abandoned and abused animals.

Dear friends,
I am selling some of my books to raise funds for rescue dogs being cared for by Save Animals of Love and Light – Save ALL. These are abused, abandoned dogs that were picked up from the streets and given a new home by kindhearted volunteers. With continuous donation and support, they will be able to take care of every injured and malnourished dog until they are ready to join their forever home.
You can buy any (2) books for P500.00 (except for the Divergent set and Memories by Lang Leav)
Interested buyers are also encouraged to give more than what the book is worth. I will only be taking the amount for the shipping fee, if applicable, but the rest of the proceeds will go to the shelters. If you can’t find a book you like, we hope you can spare any amount to help feed the rescue dogs and pay for their medical bills.
I will be accepting payments through BPI, Metrobank, or LBC Pera Padala if you prefer to have your books shipped through LBC with an additional fee of P100. If you’d like to pick up the books from our office at Chino Roces Ext., or meet-up at Magallanes MRT Station or Alphaland Southgate Mall, you can deposit your payment directly to Save Animals of Love and Light (Save ALL).

We hope you support this cause by buying books, giving donations, or by simply sharing this post so more and more people may know about how anyone can help rescue dogs.
