President Duterte has been known to use pretty outlandish language. From harsh comments, to crass quips, the PH president has been known to speak what is exactly on his mind. Some take this as being a genuine person while some believe that this may be conduct unbecoming of a president but either way, it seems that the President’s brazeness when it comes to colorful language is here to stay.
