“Streetwear” has been taking over Manila’s fashion scene lately. Even girly girls like me can’t help but adapt to the ongoing trend. Sadly, the baseball caps that come with the trend can get a bit pricey and finding one of good quality is not that easy in Manila. Good thing Donovan Apparel’s got our backs.

Donovan Apparel provides baseball-style caps for men and women with variants like Suede, Velvet, and Water Repellent. This online fashion brand was established by Marga Parcon as part of her curriculum requirement as an Entrepreneurship student in Miriam College. The brand eventually caught the heart of many teens and young adults who live not for fashion, but also want to avoid both rain and heat from the sun.

Marga was inspired to sell these kinds of caps when she noticed that they were getting popular in the States and she couldn’t find any local shops that sell them here. She now claims that Donovan Apparel is the first local brand to offer baseball-style caps in modern styles.
