A lot of us remember The Ring or the Japanese Ring, where the little girl Sadako (Samara in the Hollywood version) killed us when we didn’t forward a strange video we watched within seven days. Many of us had nightmares about it, scared that a girl with her hair over her head will come out of the TV and haunt us. Fortunately, we got over the nightmare and we forgot about the movie. For a while.
Now, our childhood nightmare is returning for Rings, the third installment in The Ring franchise. Samara is back to wreak havoc on the people who watch her viral video, except this time, there’s a “movie within the movie” that no one has seen before.

Rings stars Matilda Lutz, Alex Roe, Johnny Galecki, Aimee Teegarden, Bonnie Morgan and Vincent D’Onofrio, and is set 13 years after the first movie.
It will premiere on February 3, 2017.
