Well basing on this video by Kenneth Anthony Trinidad, it did!
Apparently, the ceiling of Robinsons Place Manila gave out near Classic Savory, just after water flooded the ground floor of the popular mall.
Not a lot of details are available yet about the incident, yet according to Robinsons Manila administration, investigation is ongoing, and the ceiling is already under maintenance.
