When in Manila, here’s something for the UAAP fanatics: The UAAP Board has decided to postpone Game 2 of the highly-anticipated UAAP Seniors Men’s Basketball Finals Series to October 1, Saturday 3PM at the Araneta Coliseum.

Shortly after Game 2 of the Women’s Finals, UAAP President Ricky Palou informed reporters that the Ateneo-FEU game was cancelled as Typhoon Pedring continued to ravage Northern Luzon and Metro Manila.
Tickets for Tuesday’s game will be honored on Saturday, Palou said.
The Blue Eagles lead over the Tamaraws on the standings after finishing off successfully on a heart-pounding Game 1 of the Best-of-Three series held last Saturday. Final scores are 79-62 in favor of Ateneo.
Also on Saturday, Game 2 of the UAAP Juniors’ Basketball Championship will start at 11:30AM while the Awarding Ceremonies will commence at 2PM.
Will the Ateneo Blue Eagles finally soar their way to achieve a rare, historical 4-peat championship in the UAAP? Or will the FEU Tamaraws bounce back and heighten the suspense by pushing for a Game 3? We’ll find out the answer soon.
