So here are the line-up of events :

 

1. Land of Rice and Sun

The warmly-received Filipino-Japanese anniversary food fair returns for its second year with the theme, “Land of Rice and Sun: The Second Sunrise“. The one-week long event will feature mouthwatering local and foreign delicacies, including much-loved comfort food from the Philippines and popular, healthful dishes from Japan.

2. AcousTKafe

Relax and chat with friends over a cup of kapeng barako and tea as bands play Japanese and Filipino songs in this event. With free admission, unlimited drinks, and media coverage by NHK World’s J-Melo, ”AcousTKafe: A Summer Crescendo” is not something that should be missed.

3. Kokonatsu

The last and the grandest event to cap off UP Tomo-Kai’s anniversary, “Kokonatsu: A Festival of Food, Fun and Friendship” is composed of two parts: Interactive Exhibit and Matsuri. Through the two, one will be able to experience Japanese and Filipino culture.
