“What makes this event exciting are the different artworks that will be showcased. Expect more than 700 artworks ranging from traditional, contemporary, digital and multimedia arts,” says PRISM 2016 head Jian Xyla Diocampo.

From traditional to digital, the BGM 4th year La Sallian artists developed a wide spectrum of skills as they were exposed to different media since their first year in the course. As these 70 plus artists find their own paths in the colorful world of multimedia, different interests emerged from their unique personalities and eventually, their expertise were developed—painting, calligraphy, photography, 3D animation, video editing, and digital illustrations to name a few.

The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) is a proud partner of the event.

As it supports the arts in its various forms, it also supports students and young artists to cultivate their artistry. There will be a seminar on Digital and Multimedia Arts which will be presented by NCCA on the March 17.

Nayong Pilipino Executive Director, Mr.

Joseph Anthony Quesada will also grace the event as the guest of honor. As an advocate of youth development, culture and arts, Quesada will be sharing his thoughts to the young artists and guests.

Breaking from the “Jack of All Trades, Master of None” stereotype, these budding artists prove mastery in their own craft in the three-day exhibition. These young artists aspire to inspire visitors through their creatively exhibited works.

Witness how art unravels as the tradeshow exhibit opens its doors to all Lasallian students, teachers, and the public from 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
