Virtuoso Events Inc. of class 4H5 of the University of Santo Tomas from the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management presents:
B.A.R.A.C.O.: Brewing Aromas, Roasting Arts and Cupping Outcomes in the Coffee Industry.
The event aims to educate and engage the delegates in the world of coffee through a conference with a topic “Coffee Industry” that discusses different coffee preparation techniques, variations of coffee including specialty forms, skills needed to produce innovative ideas in coffee presentation and trends to successfully run a coffee business. This event will serve as a venue to highlight the coffee as a business phenomenon and to enlighten the delegates and increase their interest in the growing coffee industry worldwide.
Students and aspiring entrepreneurs are highly encouraged to attend the event.
Featuring special performances by UST’s very own Salinggawi Dance Troupe, the musical duo: Leanne & Naara, and the amazing rock band: SUD!
